The HUUM HIVE Wood 17 is a 17 kW floor-mounted wood-burning sauna stove designed for medium to large sauna rooms of 283 to 565 cubic feet. Precision-engineered in Estonia, it is built from high-grade stainless steel with a sturdy furnace door and a 1/5" thick flame tamer, and its beehive-inspired cylindrical profile gives the stove a distinctive Nordic look, finished with natural oil-treated surfaces.
The stone chamber holds up to 287 lbs of sauna stones (sold separately), which supports abundant, gentle löyly and long-lasting warmth. An advanced airflow system optimizes combustion for a cleaner burn and maximizes heat output while reducing firewood use, and the large glass fire door keeps the fire in view. The compact footprint and minimal safety clearances of 5.9" at the sides and 35.4" at the front allow flexible placement, with adjustable legs, an ash grate and the firebox door included. The HIVE Wood 17 meets EN 15821:2010, the European standard for wood-burning sauna stoves.
