The Heritage Sauna® Alba Red Light Therapy panel is a standalone red and near-infrared light system for home or professional use. It uses a 300-LED array in a 35.8" × 11.8" × 2.6" panel, with a 30° beam angle and a maximum coverage area of 46.9" × 24" for half- or full-body sessions. Four cooling fans support operation, and the LEDs are rated for a 50,000-hour lifespan. The panel is designed for dry, temperature-controlled indoor spaces and must never be used inside a sauna, steam room or wet area.
The Alba is available in two wavelength configurations, one with five wavelengths from 630–850 nm and one with seven from 480–1060 nm. You get precise control over each session through the touchscreen, the remote or the RLT System app. Brightness dims from 0–100%, the timer adjusts from 1–30 minutes, and near-infrared pulsing is adjustable from 0–40 Hz. The kit includes eye protection, a door hook and hanging hardware for flexible placement.
