The HUUM HIVE 18kW is an 18 kW floor-mounted electric sauna heater designed for sauna rooms of 636 to 989 cubic feet. It is built for large commercial and upscale residential saunas, including health clubs, gyms and luxury residences. Its sculptural, modern design pairs a stainless steel body with industrial-grade heating elements, a construction that provides long-term reliability, even heat distribution and corrosion resistance in demanding sauna environments.
An integrated Air Tunnel accelerates heating by 25%, reduces stone requirements and extends the lifespan of the heating elements. The stone chamber holds up to 595 lbs of sauna stones, producing consistent, gentle and long-lasting steam that fills large sauna rooms evenly. The heater operates on 240V single-phase power, and its adjustable legs allow flexible placement and a stable setup. A compatible HUUM UKU control unit is required, and UKU extension boxes are also supported; the control unit and sauna stones are sold separately. The HIVE 18kW is SGS certified to UL 60335-1, CSA C22.2 No. 60335-1 and IEC 60335-2-53.
